The following post features student writing.

After some super rad pancakes and hot coffee, we took a walk in nature with our maestro de obras, Carlos. We saw cute dogs and baby trees and ate sugar cane and coconut! We also visited Carlos’ mom’s house. She is a lovely lady, with toenails painted a pinky color with a tiny cartoon pattern on it. We’re sure she has a child’s heart because of the way she smiles. After lunch, we went to the rio again and we did “Jump Chain” as a group.
